Qatar offers a 30-day tourist visa on arrival for eligible Pakistani nationals, subject to certain entry requirements, according to the Ministry of Interior (MOI).
The visa allows Pakistani visitors to stay in Qatar for up to 30 days, with an option to extend their stay for another 30 days.
Visa Requirements
According to the MOI website, Pakistani travellers must have a passport valid for at least six months and a confirmed return ticket.
Visitors must also have QAR 5,000 or an equivalent amount available through a valid credit card.
Pakistani nationals travelling directly from Pakistan are required to carry a polio vaccination certificate.
Hotel Booking and Health Insurance
Travellers must have a confirmed hotel reservation through Discover Qatar and valid health insurance covering their stay.
These requirements are also listed in the Ministry of Interior’s visa guidance for Pakistani visitors.
Visa Extension
The initial 30-day tourist visa can be extended for a similar period, subject to the applicable conditions.
Visitors seeking an extension must have a confirmed return ticket and comply with Qatar’s immigration requirements.
Pakistani nationals planning to travel to Qatar are advised to check the latest entry conditions before departure.
